We are not merely enthusiasts; we are seasoned investigators looking for a scientific explanation as to why things occur. We are always debunking evidence. We always approach an investigation with clarity and respect.. David Flowers being an open minded skeptic and Geri Reyes being the psychic medium of the team it makes a good combination. Whether exploring an old abandoned prison somewhere or going to some of Virginia's haunted locations our team remains dedicated to providing credible and thorough research that contributes to the understanding of paranormal phenomena.

David has been investigating since 1985. One of his most interesting places was the pyramids in Egypt during his Navy service. David leads our investigative efforts with a focus on why something is occurring. He is the author of Welcome to the World of Paranormal Investigations.
Geri has been in the paranormal field since 2014. She has had psychic abilities since age 6. She does Reiki and Animal Reiki as well as Aura readings. She is the Host of a podcast Vibe Time with Geri

What is the background of your paranormal investigation team?
Our team was founded in 2010 by David Flowers who is the Lead Investigator. We have diverse backgrounds. David being an open minded skeptic and Geri being the Psychic Medium of the team. Both of us bringing a unique skill to the team.
How do you conduct your paranormal investigations?

Are your services available for hire?
We don't have services for hire however we are always looking to for members to be a good fit for the team.
How much do your investigation services cost?
Nothing. You should never be paying a paranormal team to come in to investigate. If we are unable to do an investigation in your area we will guide you to a reputable team that can.
What kind of support can clients expect during the investigation process?
We prioritize clear communication and collaboration with our clients. Before, during, and after the investigation, our team provides updates, shares findings, and is available for any questions or concerns.

When we are doing our Paranormal 101 lecture we do encourage people join.

Our commitment to authenticity is paramount. We document all findings meticulously and adhere to ethical research practices. Transparency and respect for the locations are central to our methodology.
Is there a guarantee of evidence being found during investigations?
While we strive to uncover intriguing findings, we cannot guarantee evidence of paranormal activity. Each location is unique, and experiences can vary widely. If anyone ever tells you they get 100% findings all the time. They are lying. David and I have done many investigations not getting any evidence. We have investigated private homes that we learned didn't have paranormal activity. It was simply and electrical issue or high EMF area.
What equipment do I need to start investigating?
To get started with paranormal investigations you don't need to spend money on expensive equipment. Our favorite piece of equipment is our body cam with nigh vision. The reason why we like it is because you clip it and forget it is there. Other pieces of equipment would be a K2 meter to detect Electro Magnetic Fields. A rem pod to detect static electricity. Definitely carry a flash light and a camera. As you gain experience, you may want to invest in specialized tools like thermal cameras or night vision goggles. The most important aspect is to approach your investigations with an open mind and a commitment to documenting your findings.
