Virginia ParanormalOccurrence Research is a small team in the Hampton Roads Area founded in 2010 by David Flowers. We travel anywhere we are able to. We have investigated private residences and businesses. We also do Paranormal 101 lectures. Our goal is to educate people about the paranormal and teach people how to use the equipment you see on TV properly.
